Terms of Service

1. The service
AskDomo (“the Service”) provides AI-powered dating coaching for men: chat-based guidance, dating profile photo analysis, and related paid offerings including Domo’s Personal Video Review and the 8-Week Dating Bootcamp. The Service is operated by Domo Vang (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Advice, not guarantees
Coaching output — AI or human — is opinion and strategy, not a guarantee of dating outcomes. You are responsible for how you use it and for complying with the rules of any dating platform you use. The Service is for users 18 and older.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The AskDomo subscription ($14.99/month, or the annual plan where offered) is billed through Stripe and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (“Manage” in the app); access continues through the end of the paid period. One-time purchases (Personal Video Review, Bootcamp) are billed through Stripe at the listed price. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable — if something went wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right where we reasonably can.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, screenshots, and text you upload. You must own or have permission to upload them, and you grant us the limited right to process them to provide the Service (including sending them to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI for analysis). Don’t upload photos of people who haven’t consented, content involving minors, or unlawful content — we may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the Service: no scraping, reverse-engineering the coaching system, reselling output as your own service, attempting to bypass usage limits or paywalls, or using the Service to harass or deceive others.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
